In the real estate sector, having an engaging and functional website is essential to attract and inform potential clients. Courvoisier sought to modernize its site to better meet user expectations. We were tasked with redesigning and developing a new site that showcases Courvoisier’s offerings while enhancing the visitor experience.
The old site, while effective in its role, presented challenges in navigation and access to information. We took several key aspects into account during our approach.
Firstly, we improved the presentation of properties. The new site prioritizes increasing the available information and its strategic placement, allowing users to have a comprehensive view of the properties offered.
We also rethought the user experience. Navigation is now intuitive, enabling users to quickly find the properties that interest them. A user-friendly search function with advanced filters has been integrated, further facilitating access to information. Detailed descriptions and high-quality images have been added to enrich the property viewing experience.
To ensure flexibility and scalability, we developed a custom WordPress theme. This theme allows the administrator to easily create new content without worrying about design, while ensuring fast loading times thanks to a lightweight structure. We also minimized the number of plugins used, retaining only those that are reliable and sustainable.
Additionally, the site is directly connected to the API of Courvoisier’s real estate CRM. This allows for synchronization of all listings and information, as well as sending requests to the appropriate people, thus optimizing internal operations and enhancing client interactions.
The new Courvoisier website represents a significant advancement in the online presentation of real estate listings. Designed to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience from the first visit, it showcases properties in an immersive way and facilitates navigation. It is the ideal showcase for future buyers and sellers.
