At FFLOW, each project is led by a close-knit team of backend and frontend developers, functional designers, technical architects, UI\/UX designers, project managers and QA specialists.<\/p>\n

Everyone is fully involved and takes responsibility for the quality and success of the project, beyond the limits of their individual role. We work in direct contact with our clients, in a spirit of collaboration that is straightforward, rigorous and effective.<\/p>\n

When a project calls for it, we bring in trusted partners. These are Swiss designers and studios we regularly collaborate with, carefully selected to match the specific goals of each mission.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n \n\n

Alan To<\/h3>\n

Co-founder<\/h4>

Alan has been leading digital projects for nearly 30 years, with expertise spanning web development, software architecture and digital strategy. After founding his own agency in 2004, he went on to hold technical leadership roles within creative agencies before co-founding FFLOW.<\/p>\n

His cross-disciplinary vision, combining technical rigor with a strong grasp of business challenges, helps align each solution with the client\u2019s real objectives. He is also involved in key structural aspects of projects, including functional design, technology choices, architecture and team oversight.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

Kevin Boudry<\/h3>\n

Co-founder<\/h4>

Kevin has been working in the digital field for over 15 years. With a background in project management and web development, he has built solid experience in client support, team coordination and the delivery of tailored solutions.<\/p>\n

As a partner at FFLOW, he oversees projects on a daily basis, ensuring clear communication, alignment with goals and a smooth production process.
